What your customer sees

Customers never need an account or an app — everything happens through secure links. Here's their whole journey, so you know exactly what you're putting your name to.

1

The setup page

From your checkout or your emailed link, the customer lands on a clean, mobile-friendly page carrying your store's name. In three steps they:

  • Choose a deposit — preset options within your allowed range, with the “pay today” amount shown upfront (including the fee, if you pass it on)
  • Choose a schedule — weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and how many instalments; the page shows every future payment and date before they commit. If the plan carries a payment deadline (event tickets, bookings), the options are limited so every instalment fits before it — the page says "This plan must be fully paid by …", and when the date is too close for instalments the customer simply pays in full
  • Pay the deposit — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe; card details never touch your site or ours

The plan is active the moment the deposit succeeds, and they get a confirmation email with their portal link.

2

The customer portal

Every plan has a private portal page (linked from every email) where the customer can:

  • See their progress — what's paid, what's left, and when each instalment is due
  • Catch up an overdue instalment or pay the next one early
  • Chip in any extra amount to finish sooner
  • Update the card their instalments charge to
