1

Create your FlexiLay account

How you start depends on where you sell:

2

Complete onboarding

Your dashboard shows a short checklist: accept the merchant terms and connect your Stripe account. Stripe is where your money goes — FlexiLay schedules and collects the payments, but never holds your funds. No Stripe account yet? The connect step creates one as you go.

3

Create your first plan

Three ways, use whichever fits:

  • At checkout — on Shopify, WooCommerce and Odoo eCommerce, customers simply pick FlexiLay as their payment method. Nothing to do.
  • From the dashboard — Create Plan, enter the amount and the customer's details, and FlexiLay emails them a secure setup link. Invoice businesses: connect Xero / QuickBooks and create plans straight from unpaid invoices on their dashboard tab.
  • From your own site — custom-built stores create plans through the API.

Either way, the customer lands on a secure FlexiLay page, chooses their deposit and schedule, and pays the deposit by card (Apple Pay / Google Pay supported). The plan is now active.

Try it risk-free: turn on Test Mode in Settings and walk the whole flow yourself without a real charge. See Settings & fees.

4

Get paid — automatically

FlexiLay charges each instalment on schedule, sends the customer receipts and reminders, retries failed payments, and emails you when a plan is paid in full. Watch everything from your dashboard: every plan, every payment, and what's outstanding. Since FlexiLay is lay-by, hand over the goods when the plan completes.
